Claire first began leading a choir when invited to cover for the choir master at her church when she was just 14. Since then, she has been involved in a range of musical projects, voluntary and professional, and has been running Four Hills Music with Martyn since its inception in 2007.

Currently her conducting covers community singing projects and church choirs around North Enfield and Barnet. She is also a qualified counsellor, and as such has the privilege of witnessing the power of healing through music and singing. She very much regards her musical and therapeutic works as complementary.
​
As a vocal soloist and as an alto section member, she has performed with a variety of groups, including Enfield Choral Society, North London Brass, English Jazz Orchestra and Adoramus Choir. She has performed in a number of venues, including the Watford Coliseum, Hertford Theatre and St Paul's Cathedral, and further afield touring Italy, France and Turkey.

​​Carl is a classically trained pianist and singer and has performed with a wide range of ensembles including the Imperial Trio (which he founded), the English Baroque Choir, the London Choral Studio and the Philharmonia Chorus, to name but a few.
​
He is also organist and choir director at St Paul's RC Church in Wood Green.
One of his performing highlights was to accompany the renowned soprano, Patricia Rozario, at a Christmas Concert at the Guards Chapel.

​​Pete studied music at Leeds University before moving to Birmingham to train as a secondary school music teacher, a career that spanned more than 40 years. More than this, he has always been active as a performer, composer and arranger.
​
Before taking early retirement in 2021, Pete was Head of Haringey Music Service for nearly 20 years, a job which gave him the opportunity to work with many young people and adults, sharing his passion for music. He has travelled the world with Haringey Young Musicians and also as a performer with a wide variety of Christian groups.
